Cannot install Tweak7 after upgrade to Windows7

After upgrading from Vista Home Premium to Windoews 7 Ultimate, I uninstalled TweakVista through Impulse and then tried to install Tweak7. Install fails with an Error: Cannot create ActiveX component. I am running 64 Bit Windows7.

There is an issue with the Impulse servers that is being worked on.  Please try to re-install Tweak7 a bit later.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
