No StarBase Bonuses on Planet

I have searched for answers but could not find it.

Sorry, if this has already beean asked, but I built several starbases, added several modules (mining, influence, economy, etc) but I still have "No starbase bonus" in Details Screen of the planets near all my starbases.

Could anyone help me?

Mining bases will not show a bonus on the planet screen, only in the civilization stats. Influence bases don't affect the influence output by planets at all, so they won't show up on the planet screen either. Economic bases SHOULD show up, but only if 1) the planet is inside the ring around the starbase and 2) you have built the production modules on the starbase. The bare starbase adds nothing to the planet, and trade modules don't show up as a planet bonus, they are applied to your trade routes when the minifreighter is in the ring around the starbase.

Asteroid mines will show up as a bonus on the planet page if they are sending resources to that planet.

How do I make them "send ressources" to a planet?

Do you have a mining starbase built around a floating crystal thing, or a free standing starbase? Assuming you haven't renamed it, when you select it you will see something like Mining Starbase 237 or Military Starbase 192. Influence or Economic are other possibilities.

If you see it named Mining Starbase, it does NOT give individual planets bonuses, it benefits your entire empire. To get the other choices, move a constructor to where you would like to build the base and select construct, which you will find left of center along the bottom of the screen when you have the constructor highlighted. Only starbases named Economic Starbase #xxx will give a detectable bonus to planets in the area.

How do I make them "send resources" to a planet?

Once the asteroid mine is finished building, there will be a faint line leading to your nearest planet. To change where the mine is sending resources, highlight the asteroid mine and locate the button in the lower right of the bottom center window labeled "assign". This should bring up a different green cursor, which you can then use to select a new target. The resources you receive diminishes quickly over distance, so keep distance in mind when you are picking planets to receive resources.

Thank you for the information about Mining Starbase.
Regarding the Economic Starbase, I do have one of this, with an Trading Post module, but no bonus is displayed on the details screen of the planets in the area.

I don't have any faint line.
I am not able to find the "assign" button you mention. Could you be more specific?

Trading post modules will not show a planet bonus. They affect the little minifreighter that travels on the trade route between planets. The only modules that will affect the planet itself are the ones that say "increase military, social, and research by x%".

The assign button, and the lines leading to the planet:
