Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

I remember having to turn a knob to channel surf. And I remember when the plastic knob fell off. And I remember when we had to use a pair of pliers to channel surf.

or maneuvering the rabbit ears to get better reception

shit man, that doesn't really change. I have a freaking plastic plate that I still have to move around. My dad has this huge antennae device hooked onto the backside of his tv (the tv is mounted on a pivoting wall mount) which makes him have to move the tv and sit in particular places to get reception.

I am too young to remember these things when they were common, but my grandparents still have an enormous coil antenna thing.

I don't think we're getting rid of antennaes anytime soon. Aside from needing to capture the signal, there is growing interference as more electronics exist, thus making it harder to do the same old job. Antennaes are changing, but still there and often still ugly.
