Glad this was posted earlier this week. When I read it at the begining of the week I set my mind to forget about it till then and don't get my own hopes up. But now that it is going to be released earlier I am happy but now I have to rush my school work I set aside to do to keep me busy waiting for it.

On IRC, Scott said he's starting the final process to get the build on Impulse. Compiling is the least of it, evidently. There's some hand-tweaking necessary, a bit of testing, and a big hunk of time to just get the necessary files on the public servers. 1400ish East coast time if we're lucky, methinks.
One hour and a half then?? 
Less then an hour and counting... (If my timezone conversion is more or less correct...)

I'm both overjoyed and perplexed by the excitement for the beta, but we put some extra love into it yesterday so hopefully it's got some fun in there.
Whats really exciting is the beta update schedule we have planned. You guys should be getting 2-4 new builds a month, so you'll really get to see the game transform right before your eyes
Let the great experiment begin!
