Did you buy Street Fighter 4 yet?

If so can anyone explain the online portion of it?  I'm curious the ranking system and how the online portion of the game is working before I go out and buy it.  It is my understanding you can already have the game through impulse right?  Also I understand that you can't play xbox players, that sucks but as long as there is a good online ranking system and community tools I'd still be interested.  If anyone who has the game could post or point me to a place on the internet that has information on it I'd appreciate it.
