Cant start the game

Every times if I want to start the game this messag arrives and if got to clos  the window:

ive donwloaded the patch but there is the same problem in nother mode:

ive got no driver for my sounkart jet (the name of the sounkart is Intel 82801GB ICH7 - High Definition Audio Controller [A-1])

do you now were i can get one?
