Hey everyone just wodering what browsers everyone likes i personally am  a mozilla guy but enough about myself

what do u like i think this will be an intresting post i want to see what reasons why people prefer there browser over anothers.

Go ahead and post your ideas hey maybe youll convince somebody to get your favorit browser.

i have changed my mind this is not a poll

I prefer (and generally use) Firefox, but if I have any problems with it I always fall back to Opera. Both are excellent browsers in their own rights, but I have to give a slight edge to FF.

i have all 4 browsers installed on my computer because they all fail.

 

Seriously...

IE is crap

I use chrome most of the time (damn this page corrupt bug)

Firefox win for the plugin but its a bit more heavy so i end up using it only when i need the plugins

Opera is installed too, im not really using it but i consider it is the best browser considering the acidtest so i just leave it there. However the plugins sucks and it isnt as fast as chrome.

IE8

It does poorly in ACID3 but that's irrelevant since the spec hasn't been 100% nailed down yet. It actually does ACID2 better than FF, though.

I do have FF installed for sh*ts and giggles and did use it for a while but found myself having to switch to IE for some sites. Considering IE8 is actually good (not great), I see very little reason to use FF over it nowadays. I can see if I were into plugins but the only plugin I like is Firebug and IE8 comes with its own set of developer tools out of the box.

At this point, IE vs FF is strictly a matter of taste and convenience. The only thing FF has worthwhile over IE8 in my eyes is a faster JavaScript engine but IE8s isn't too far behind (much better than 7 and WAY better than 6) and I still find FF to bloat up memory-wise after a while. I also prefer IE8's color coded tabs and thumbnail view. Plus I hate the Favorites manager for FF3.

Wait if they all fail, why install 4?

I only use ie when I know a website, and they don't have ads

chrome because of the incognito mode - don't ask why and because it google, it kinda have a tendecny to collect more information you want to give

Firefox (already gave me reason)

Opera (never tried it, and therefore no comment)
