Lagging since latest patch

I have a problem:

Since the last patch I see latencys of over 1000ms, if I join the lobby of a game.

The lantecy decreased in the next time til I have my normal lantecy (120ms).

But then ingame every people talk to me that I am lagging.

I dont know why...

I changed no settings or other stuff.

Then I tryed to deacitvate NAT in my router, it doesnt worked...

Can someone help me?
