particle forge

need some help with it crashing

every time I try to run particle forge it crashes before it starts up, I've updated to the latest versions of the game and the particle forge app, I have the .net 2.0 app also here's a copy of the details from the crash report

I'm running windows vista home premium. Any ideas?

have you tried  dot net 3.5? itappears to fix some problems with galforge and sins

updated to 3.5, didn't work, updated to 3.5 sp1, and still didn't work, so it's not from .net I don't think, any other ideas?
