Hi,

Hope everyone using WinCustomize is really enjoying the Symantec Pop-ups.

After paying for WinCustomize it should  NOT have any pop-ups other than the sidebar ads which are still annoying..

If I want a Symantec product I will go to the web site on my own.

If your subscription fees are not enough along with all the other sidebar ads you are spending way to much of our money on your free time activities.

JimBo....sometimes it malfunctions. Try clearing your cache and restarting the browser. That sometime turns the trick.

I agree that you shouldn't have to do this, and hopefully the new site coming by the end of the month should solve the problem...should (not will).

BTW, make sure you're logged in...sometimes my browser forgets to login automatically. ;)

JimBo743 did the info that DrJBHL provided fix your problem? 

You didn't say where you were specificly getting the pop ups and also what browser are you using and OS? 

From time to time we have all see ads pop up, more times than not it because of bad key strokes or just the site having a hicup.  Most of the time for me a simple logout and login to WinCustomize clears it up.

Your profile does not show you as a subscriber. If you paid for a Wincustomize.com Subscription (not a Stardock.com software product) then you should not see ads.
