I can't seem to upload any avatar image to my forum account. The "+ Upload Image" buttons are there and all, but when I click them, nothing happens. I'm seeing lots of people with avatars, so I'm guessing it's not a wide-spread problem, but for some reason it won't work for me, in either Firefox or Internet Exploder. I also tried disabling java-script blockers, but nothing works. :(

Anyone know why this is happening?

You're running Flash 10, which broke the image uploading.  Downgrade to Flash 9 and it'll work.  I'd give you a direct link if I had one, or upload my installer, but Filefront banned me for God knows why, and that pretty much leaves MegaUpload and Rapidshare.

Let me know if you can't locate it, though, and I'll see what I can do.  Alternatively, someone might be able to find one faster.
