I bought the pre order.....i get no download for entrenchment......reall pissed. now impulse says im not logged in when i am logged in...WTF??
Calm down!
Did you enable "Show prerelease versions" in Impulse? Click the blue stardock logo and tick the appropriate box. Restart Impulse. Now Entrenchment Beta should be shown in the My Games tab.
If this didn't work, check your firewall or antivirus settings, maybe Impulse is blocked.
Also: processing an order sometimes takes a while. The serial number will be sent to the eMail adress you provided (check junk/spam folder!). Which should be the same as in your Impulse account.
Are you sure you used the exact same e-mail when ordering as in your Stardock.net account? For instance, if you used PayPal, there may have been a different e-mail address. Shoot us an e-mail to [email protected] and we can get it straightend out.
