Starbase abilities??? (entrenchment)

Ok there is my probleme...

 

When i'm build a starbase (i played TEC) , i 'm upgrade it  but  nothing happens , i cant build fregate , no squadron , nothing....  but i've use money and ressource for it  sooooo????????,

when i 'm want to build fregat with starbase , i cant cause   "You need a capital ship factory"??? why??  and of course i get one     so i dont understand nothing with this starbase.

 

 

plz help me

its a bug that will be fixed in a patch eventually... hopefully

Its a bug, on the stardock entrenchment beta thread someone said saving and reloading would sometimes fix the bases. Havent tried it yet. Also said it.s been this way since the last patch to the beta.

Ok  starbase abilities work  if you play in single or in LAN game   (i've tried and everything worked and try it thats so cool)     Have fun
