How do I get my banner on there ?

Hi folks .. Just a quickie ,

For the past few months I have been creating a new website with the help of Pinchecl,2of3,and Xiandi...

I would like to put a little banner on the Community Links Page ... But I cannot see anywhere that I could upload it ...

~ along with a few details of what the new site is about ..

Can someone point me in the right direction ?
