Gun capable of shooting ONE PLANET AWAY ONLY!

Hello all,

now for my main artillery gun (its a moving frigate to be precise), I need to be able to fire to the nearest planet ONLY and not to the entire solar system!! Furthermore, can I add constraints that gives a percentage of chance of it missing some of the ships inside that gravity well??

 

Just a few questions!

Once again, just send me in the right direction and Ill find a way!:D

Imagine a "Missile Generator"; it has an autocast ability that, once every 30 seconds, summons a missile that has a 120 second duration and is a homing suicide bomb, with a antimatter cost of 0, or cheap enough it never runs out. You leave a bank of them next to a phase lane, and just alt-select all the missiles and order them through. Every 30 seconds you can launch another wave.

I did a "Mine generator" the same way, though the mines had a much longer duration, and a much lower speed; designed that, if you leave the generator at an entry point, it'd leave a small cloud surrounding itself, ready for AoE-splash goodness.

interesting idea...but then it becomes impossible to attack a planet!

Cus the moment yo come in..BOOOOOOM! Blown to bits...on the other hand..could bring a new use to scout ships used as fodder to attrack missiles while main fleet jumps right after and quickly destroys tower!!!

Well, I did a few 'suicidal' things.  One ship launches a hypermissile spray as it suicides; hitting up to 5 targets for some damage. Then there's the 'minesweeper'; a frigate that has a low-damage AoE ability that does -just- enough damage to kill all the mines in a good area before it has to wait 60 seconds to use it again.
