Less Than A Week Away

With less than a week before Thanksgiving arrives I want to wish everyone the very best holiday.  My thoughts are with all of you, and I hope that no matter our circumstances in health or finance that Thanksgiving will be just that, a day to reflect on the good and positive things we have in our lives.  I wish everyone a sumptuous meal, even if that meal is as humble as a TV dinner shared with a friend.  This is my favorite holiday because we can share love with family, friends and some years a complete stranger that we knew would be alone.  Christmas makes me feel inadequate because it has become so dependent on the commercial side.  Most other holidays really don't mean much to me at this point in my life.  So.....

I wish you all blessings on this upcoming Thursday.  You are my friends, you are part of my family.  Of course I can't feed all of you except with peace.

Left overs, :O   I've learned the hard way, don't leave the table untill you can't possibly eat anymore, there's never hardly any second helpings left let alone left overs.  :rofl: \o/ :rofl: \o/

Thanks Doc... tho I celebrate thanksgiving every day... for the food on the table, for my family and friends, for life itself, with all its ups and downs.

 

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving (as such) here in Oz, but to all my US friends, have a happy and fulfilling Thansksgiving holiday.
