Best program for skin?

Hi to all,

My question is simple, what program you use for make the skin for windowblinds? I'm a beginner in this type of stuff and i would create some skin :-)

I have a good experience with 3d software like 3dsm, poser, cinema 4d....i know that many people use photoshop for make the skin but i have nothing experience with this, i would know what programs you use? or an alternative to photoshop?

First you need Skin Studio LINK (a part of object desktop)Free version LINK (this one is not full featured)

A image editing program such as Fireworks,photoshop,gimp etc... |-)

My question is for image editing, I know that each people have different tastes for the programs but there is a software between photoshop, fireworks etc that is more appropriate and is enough easy to use for make the skins?

I use photoshop for making my images, and then use Paint Shop Pro for the afterwork on them...like sizing, color, etc.  Paint Shop Pro is far cheaper than photoshop.  I think most of us skinners use more than one graphics program for our blinds, etc.
