Unbelievable performance.

The performance on Demigod was Unbelievable. With a capital U. I just ramped up all the settings to full for lolz. 16Q AA, the works. Ran smoother than a baby's arse. I love you.

Yep I jacked it up to 1680x1050 with an 8800gt max settings 16Q AA, no lag at all.

The game starts to choke a bit if you minimize it a few times.

I suppose I'll post here:

My general specs: Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz, 4GB DDR2 RAM, nVidia 8800GT 512MB.

Settings at full with 1680x1050 res.

Game ran smoothly after the initial loading. Very nice.

Given my computer can run this at 1680x1050 with all the settings on low at a very decent frame rate, I'd hazard a guess at:

Processor:  2GHz single core

RAM:  1 GB

Hard drive space:  At least 1.5 gigs (I had a little over 1 gig free and it wouldn't install)  (This is for now, of course, with minimal assets)

Video card:  7xxx series Geforce, or equivalent (as I've seen someone else mention a 7400 which was chugging, but playable)

I'm just guessing though.  This would probably be the very mimum you could play with at lowest settings with 15-20 fps.

It seems, to me at least, that a big limiting factor is the processor. I only have a 1.8 GHz core 2 duo and it kind of struggles a bit, and yet doesn't drop much framerate when I jack up the settings.

Thanks. I wish there was a demo before I commit.

I've had good performace as well, but has anyone else noticed that every once in awhile late in game everything seems to just stop for a few seconds... the animations and everything are still working, everything seems smooth but all the enemies just sit there and so do you, seems kinda like lag but I'm hosting the game and playing against AI.

Specs:

Intel Q6600

4GB Ram

HD4850(1GB ram)

XP 32bit

1600x1200 max, 2x AA, max settings expect LoD on medium.  Seems smooth to me but i don't know how to view fps

e6750, 9600gt overclocked(good 8800gt performance), 3.5gb of ram, xp 32bit.

/edit I forgot to mention I *DO* get occasional hiccups.

And I have gotten crashed while alt-tabbed and loading(lots of games do this.. but it's nice when they don't :P  Easy solution woudl be force-focusing at the last 1% of loading, as it happens during the transfer from loading screen to actual game.  That way you don't get people who alt tabbed during load seemign to be afk at start too!)

AMD Dual 2.4, 2GB RAM, Nvidia 7800 GS 256 AGP

With everything on high and Anti-Aliasing at 2, I got something like 5-10 FPS. Oh joy.

However, when I set anti-Aliasing off and shadow fidelity to low, game runs great at 25-30 FPS.

I know I have an older, less powerful computer, but the game still looks and runs great on slightly lower settings.

Hope that helps. :)

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.2GHz~, NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+, 4GB DDR2-1066, Windows Vista 64-bit

Thus far, everything is at max settings and runs completly smooth.
