Preorder Question.

First off I would just like to say that I am very excited for this game. I enjoy DOTA a lot and a retail game with inspiration from DOTA is great.  I want to play this game so badly that I am thinking about pre-ordering this game.  I am, however, slightly paranoid due to a bad experience with Hellgate London (I'm sure some people can back me up on the dissapointment).  Therefore I just want to be sure that if for some reason I end up not being satisfied by this game (which i doubt) I can get a refund before the game comes out.  I don't know when you will be charging customers for the pre-order ammount of the game, but I would just like to know wut return policy you have.

But if you want a quick, non-binding answer, I believe that once you download the game -- beta or not -- you're stuck with it. But right up until then your fine.

If your not sure you want to pay for the game, just wait until they release a demo... probably sometime after release. The ability to input your wants, desires, playstyle, etc etc into the beta feedback comes at the cost of maybe you not liking the game.
