The only computer I have that can get internet faster than dial-up is my laptop, but it is three years old, I was in the sins of a solar empire beta, and my computer could run it, but I don't know if it con run Demigod. Could somebody tell me if there is a way th get the beta from my laptop to another computer whit out having to download the beta on a diffrent computer;please?

Download Demigod via Impulse on your laptop. Right click on it and archive it. Get the Impulse installer and the Demigod archive and move them to your other computer. Install Impulse, un-archive Demigod.

Sorry,I don't know much about transfering stuff would I move impulse with a cd/dvd or a cable? thanks

What he is saying is, install Impulse on both computers. On the laptop, download Demigod then archive the application. Once archived you will have a large file that you will want to transfer onto disc (I believe it will be too large for a standard CD).

Once the archive is copied to disc then take that disc to the other system and from there, restore the archive using Impulse installed on the other computer.

On another note, it's understandable not everyone has the fastest, most powerful current equipment but, if your other machine isn't capable of handling more than dial-up, you should expect performance issue with nearly anything you put on it.

It's a good time to think about an upgrade.

Thanks, my other computer is new but I can't get broadband where I live and sattalite internet lags for games.

If you want to keep it old-school, you could use a crossover cable.
