Squad-Based RPG/Action

It would be nice to have a squad-based game mode in single player, where you could control multiple, weaker demigods, switch between them, and manage their minions.  Another idea would be to have each team control no demigods, just minions, and you could assign a squad, and have a powerful minion(your character) as their leader, and you go around a city, managing your forces from the ground, like in a RTS game, buy you could involve yourself in the action, too.
