anyone if there is a setting that allows you and your allies to be on the same solar system?

my friends and i wanted to have a big game that would allow us to fight 2 other teams either ai or people on other solar systems.

ALL HAIL to the new patch but ihave to say though that i were surprised that the random placement was not fixed in this patch there where many complaints about it
