Reconnect To Games?

I get this message that says something is recorded to minidump and then the game encounters and error and crashs, this only happens if i've been playing for like 6 hours but it does happen quite regularly.

So my question is, is there anyway to reconnect to a game you got disconnected from?

btw, how do i record/view replays?
