Log-in Impossible; Epic Fail.

IronClad, help please.

I bought the game today, and played the single-player. I love it, and I am hooked. I can't wait to play with my friend!

I click on IronClad Online.

I click Create Account.

I enter my username, password, and Serial Code from inside the DVD box.

Account Created! Yay!

I enter my log-in information.

I click Log-In.

EPIC FAIL: Account ID doesn't exist.

I create new account.

EPIC FAIL x 2: Serial Number already used on account that does not exist.

IronClad, please, save my soul. I e-mailed the support e-mail with all the information. Please help me get to play with my friend tonight!

some people have had similar problems they e-mailed Ironclad, also I see more of this thread in the technical forums whether they technically belong there or not, they seem to get help. I think the e-mail you need is [email protected] but I'm not 100% positive. be sure to give Ironclad your dvd-key.

You sure you didn't accidentally misspell your username? I only ask because a couple of times I've almost created accounts on something with a username I use on other accounts/forums and realized that in my haste I switched two letters or maybe even omitted one.

Contact [email protected] with your cdkey/serial and the username you used and they can get you sorted out.

I sure hope they do soon, me and my friends are waiting. Do you think they'll be able to resolve this today? In the next couple hours? We can only hope.

Four hours and counting... No sign of support, and it's time to give up for today and call it a night.

This really is the most ridiculous situation I have ever seen in a retail online game. I am very sure that I didn't misspell my username, and either that is the case, or there was a problem with Ironclad's server. I'd hate to think that Ironclad's servers are so disturbingly sloppy as to fail in such a way, so it's most likely a typo on my part; despite how sure I am it was correct. I'm absolutely disgusted at Sin's lack of any form of account recovery, leaving me to send [email protected] (That is the right e-mail right?) an e-mail, just begging, hoping to get what I paid for, and soon.

I can only hope that when I get home tomorrow, an e-mail will enlighten me with news that I can play the game with my friends, which is the reason I bought the game anyway.

All you're seeing us that our support system has automated ticketing (IC's does not that I'm aware of). As it's an ICO issue you're having though, they'll only be able to forward the issue to IC support.

Support works standard business hours. They have to sleep too... it was nearly 2am here when you posted that, 11pm at Ironclad HQ.
