So, i have never played Sins online before, so i created a forum account using my serial number, then in game, when i try to create an account, it says account key already registered. Isn't the forum account separate from the game one? i tried everything thing including logging in with my forum account. HELP!

Isn't the forum account separate from the game one?

It is. If you contact [email protected] about this with the serial you're trying to use, they should be able to get it sorted out.
