Multiplayer Disfunctional?

I just bought this game and its freakin awesome but I would more than be happy to be able to play it online but when I logon to ICO, nothing shows up, no players, no nothing and the game is already accepted to the "Exception List" under Microsoft Windows XP. Internet provider is a 6mb Line by COMCAST(icly gay).

You need to "add player" (your online persona) then click lobby.

Failing that being your issue. Please download and read my latest guide "Networking and SINS" linked-to from at the bottom of the "Technical FAQ" stickied in the "technical" forum.
