Guardian Shield Questions

Plz help

There's been a few posts around asking about guardian shield bubble machenics, however no one accually answered the question:

What's the most efficient way to use guardian? Turn on shield 1 by 1 or let them just autocaste and stack them together?
and Why?

Edit:

Let's say i've got G1,G2,G3 all have shield on, which one is the one absorbing damage?
If there's only 1 absorbing atm (assuming they don't stack), does that mean the other 2 are basically wasting their duration and antimatter? (assuming they covered the same area)

Thanks alot

Greetings

The buff doesn't stack, so you can do it 1 by 1 if you really want or let them all turn it on, it won't matter as far as the damage absorbed amounts. The benefits of leaving it on autocast are that it will likely cover a larger area since ships spread out a bit, and if one Guardian's shield drops, there are already several other bubbles active to take over absorbing damage.

also, about the one guardian shield drops thing? do u mean drop by running out of duration? or the guardian dies? Cuz if all of them cast the shield the same time and sheild dissapear together...that's gives a huge gap of time where there's no shield protection if the guardians are all low on antimatter.

I don't remember off hand what's in the entity files, I *think* it's set to ReplaceWithNewBuff, so it would be whichever activated last. I don't have access to the files to double check at the moment, so maybe someone else can :)

But yes, the other ships are effectively wasting their antimatter/durations if the first's bubble never drops meanwhile.
