Greetings fellow Soase players!
I've been thinking (which might surprise some). We should make some kind of website to let us organize bigger games. And with me i really mean you as i have no programming skills (yet). But there should be an inofficial multiplayer portal, where you could post new games, schedule gaming session and advertise for players.
* Advertise new games, with scheduled game days. When you join a game you become a member
of a game specific private group, which lets you send messages to all other in the same
group.
* A simple calendar, where you can post when you can play.
* Means to send messages to others, for in-between game session diplomacy talk. And
threatening. And general role playing madness.
* Post AAR:s, saved games and replays. And mods, new skins, maps and so on.
* Advertise for new players for games where someone for one reason or another cant
continue.
* Rate your adversary system (for fun). You can rate your opponents on different things,
such as: General evilness, Backstabbing geniality, Likeness to the race he/she is
playing. And skill, of course.
I'm sure there's a lot of other things you can add, but i can see a site like this could really help us crazy people that wants to play a 10 player huge game. But i see benefits for common mortals as well. Specifically it could become a "community hub" for soase people.
