i think the only thing you need is more ram. you can never have enough ram. your card looks fine and processor seems fine. wait for more answers before making ur decision, i may be wrong...

See the thing is it depends. If you're totally into FPS an the like then a newer video card would make a big difference. MEGADETH9mm is right about the RAM though. You definitely do not need to spend an arm and a leg to get more out of what you have, and this game is very scalable. Have you run the game at all yet?

All three. But the mother board is typically tied to the CPU, can't really upgrade that too easily without getting a new motherboard, which these days, would typically mean new RAM also.

Best would be to double your RAM to 2GB, it will make a huge difference, and upgrade your video card to something more modern, maybe in the $250 price range, if you can afford that. But with at least 512MB, but don't get the crap model just because of the RAM it has, other factors of the video card are far more important than the RAM it has.

Would have said the graphics card to be honuest. See if its possible to pick a 9800 pro up for the cheap. Probably more ideal than ram as it keep the system in moderation.

for this game i would first get a better g.card

say is that a single core cpu or a dulecore and would you happen to know what socet it fits into (socet a or am2 ect ect)

cuse if its an old cpu (socet a then you probalby beter off buying a new motherboard and cpu)
but then youll have to get new ram as well

either way id do the graphics first

just my 2 cents

Video card.

I didn't get my new machine built until gold, so most of my playing so far was on my old A64 3200/1GB RAM/Radeon x850, and it was able to do 1680x1050 on Medium without any trouble. A 9550 is going to be pretty sluggish though.
