Problem adding game to my account

No matter what I try to do I can not get my serial number to link to this account. When i signed up it accepted the number. I went to update and it tells me my account has no game code. Try to add it again. Put in # no error code pops but nothing happens. This s annoiying to say the least.

Elvennomad,  you probably have two accounts and that is most likely causing the problem.  But as psugar suggested, please contact [email protected] and provide them with your information and they should be able to help you out.
