Download Install errors

Hi,
I preordered the game and, in an attempt to install the game, received the following error.
Move: C:\ Program Files (x86)\Stardock\TotalGaming\Sins of a Solar
Empire\AppData\SetRegistryValue.vbs 0 | 0 Access denied. |01/18/2008
Result: Installation Failed (29)
I attempted to try to download and archive the game. This resulted in the game being installed with errors. I then tried to update and fix these errors. This prompted a message stating that star dock central needed to restart. However, upon restart it showed that the game had never been installed. Any help would be much appreciated.
