Repeatable CTD

I have a save game that will CTD every time a few minutes after loading. I'm not sure what the problem is, or if this problem will show up in later games, but for now my question is this: does IronClad want savegames and debug files? If so, where are we to send them to? (I've also got a SmartException log of the CTD as well).


I'm going to go through my system right now and check all of my drivers, as well as disable some background stuff.

Quick system specs in case there is a known issue out there:
Core 2 Duo E6600 (Conroe) stock speed
Corsair DDR2-800 4GB
EVGA NVIDIA 8800GT
Gigabyte GA-965p-DS3 motherboard (using the onboard Realtek ALC883 sound)
Vista Home Premium 64

This is likely the nvidia driver issue. But send the savegame, exception, and anything you have to [email protected].

Hm, I'l adjust the settings then and see if that helps. I'll also try the 169.28 beta drivers (separate from the settings adjustment) to see what I get.

I took a quick look and couldn't locate the savegame. Where do you guys hide it at? :SURPRISED:

What OS do you have? It's usually somewhere in local settings/application data/ obvious from there.

I still need to track down the save game at some point and send it in, but I sorta got caught up in another game. :) Turning the planet detail down to high worked. I'm about to try out the 169.28 beta drivers on highest to see what I get.

Edit: Occurs with the 169.28 drivers as well.
