I have lost Galaxy Forge -.-

i downloaded it, and its intall exe was in downloads, so i opened it, and followed the steps and it 'updated'. when i look in the sins folder, the Galaxy Forge exe isnt there. where is its default folder?

Sounds like you just installed the bonus pack (which does pretty much nothing if you just installed off SDC). The Galaxy Forge is a separate download on the downloads page, and doesn't need installed--just unzip it, open the folder that was in the zip, and run it.
