I have a Pentium 4 3g processor 1g of ram and a gefource nvidea go 6800 256 mb video card can I run this game please if anyone knows can they please tell me.

Yes. Did you try the requirements?

Windows XP SP2/Vista
1.8 GHz Processor
512 MB RAM (1 GB for Vista)
128 MB DirectX 9 3D Video Card
1.6 GB hard disk space
DirectX 9.0c or higher
Broadband Connection for Internet Multiplayer

From what I understand they created this game to run on a wide spec of hardware... and from what I've heard around these forums leading up to the release date their minimum specs should run the game quite decently...

You're about at the 'recommended' requirements (though I'm not sure about the mobile GPU). You could probably go higher. It's really not that demanding a game.
