Yeah, why isn't this on the Wiki!!

After spending so much time getting the Wiki setup and filled out and Zoomba promoting the wiki, it kinda sucks to see all these articles only being put here and not on there.

It's not my article....and I'm already in the process of adding a bunch of others. I just wish they would be added to the Wiki to begin with...that is what the project was for, wasn't it?

Patience Grasshopper.
This it still the best place to announce and market products and tutorials.  The wiki can come later when the document is complete and ready.

I sympathize with Bebi. She's been working her butt off adding content to the wiki (original and migrating the work of others). I know that the best way to get the word out is to announce it directly to the audience (WinCustomize Users), but there is a slight lack of integration between the 2 WinCustomize sites.

If tptb could consider posting future articles/tutorials on the Wiki and then posting a short article and link about the tut here it would be greatly appreciated. (Just something to consider. ) The Wiki's got alot of potential; I'm just hoping it isn't forgotten.

We now return you to the original topic...

How does one make a skin with skin studio? I have worked on this for hours on end and I'm not got nowhere. Are all these skins made from skin studio or is there another program that these people use. I may just have to realize that i'm just stupid...HELP PLEASE!!!!

SkinStudio is the application that packages the graphics that you create.
What specifically are you having trouble with? (You might want to start a new thread with your specific question.  You will get better response that way.)

Where is the rest of your Tut?

The SKS tutorial is currently being worked on, and the next chapter will be available just as soon as it's ready.

A printable version or a PDF would be nice.

}:)   It's official....I am now a WindowBlinds Tutorial atheist.  Having waited, expectantly, the imminent return of Frogboy's Official WindowBlinds Tutorial to rescue me from my sightless struggle to execute everything promised AFTER the introduction some almost 11 months ago, I have lost my faith, and accepted the fact that creating a slick WindowBlind skin is some alchemy that is possessed only by MasterSkinners and people who know somebody who know somebody or something...but I'm not numbered among the chosen. THAT will teach me to get excited about "good things to come."
