Game Crash

I was playing a 2 player game and winning for a change, when the game shut down and I recieved a crash message. It had an option to send the log to Stardock which I did, but there is NO record of the crash or any log in the game directory or in the save game directory.
Is this normal? How do I know if you got the information about the crash?

Did you have Stardock's "Smart Exception" running? Your description looks like a SE message. If so, it would explain why the crash's log is not located in an Ironclad directory. Sorry, though : I don't remember where the Stardock SE crash-logs are located.
