Coffee Mug improvments

If the mug could detect bitterness it could add creme from a false bottom to counter. Upon having the perfect cup of coffee you could set the coffee cup to recognize it and use this perfect cup of coffee to measure against future coffee. It would analyze each subsequent cup to determine if it was the perfect temperature and strength and analyze any negative qualities such as bitterness.

It would also have a very fine filter that would trap any grounds below the level of the coffee.

It would have a way of displaying if the coffee was still hot, like the Star Trek mugs that "transport" the away team when hot and displays them when the coffee is cold. It could do this with a company logo, thus selling add space on your mug as a way of offsetting the cost of these enhancements. You could also download your own mug decor to individualize your mug with your favorite movie, tv show, or ofcourse your favorite PC game, which is likely to be Sins for sure once they issue the hotfix for the save game error.
You will now get a good grade.

I want my coffee mug to make the coffee, fill itself and mix appropriately, and clean itself when I'm done. Think you can pull that off?

Well atleast I asked...

I drink alot of coffee, but i have a thing of forgetting it when i get distracted (eg playing sins). So alot of times i drink it cold or half cold or just even trow that cub of coffee out.

I also tried an USB coffee cup warmer, but that was so bad it didnt change anything.

What id like is a mug that can be put into my USB on the comp and tell me when the coffee gets belove a certain temperature and ofcourse as you said your self make the mug even better to keep the coffee warm

I dont drink coffee though, so I dont know, you got some good ideas already though.

I don't drink coffee for my teeth's sake, and so I don't become dependable on it. But my boss drinks coffee and his mug always manages to spill somewhere. He will leave it on his truck seat, then ask me to go pick up some materials in his truck leading me to sit down spilling the coffee all over the seat with me sitting in it. Make it so that if you drop it, or have it upside down it wont spill. If I did drink coffee I would also imagine to make it so it is kept warm.

what would be cool: balancing a concave cup within a magneticly repelling container with the actual cup having a heavy bottom.


now just to figure out how to pour...
