Well, my friends, tomorrow is the big day, when I get to have my right shoulder repaired {hopefully} and since I cannot type with one hand this little missive will be the last I am heard from for at least 3 plus weeks.

The Dr. Said my recovery will take twelve weeks and while I think he is wrong about the length of time I am willing to at least give that some thought. I am still terrified about being rendered unconscious, I keep thinking I just will not wake up, and even though it might seem like an unreasonable fear, none the less, it is still here inside of me.

Again I ask for kind thoughts, prayers or any other thing you might want to do to help calm me about this, I have to be at the hospital at 7:45 A.M. and my surgery is scheduled for 9:45 A.M.

While I am on hiatus, may all good things happen to all of you good people. Adventuredude is getting married on the 15th of this month so good thoughts for him and his soon to be lovely wife. Keep a good thought for Sabrina {littlewhip} just because I asked ok? Keep Adrian safe while he is still in country doing his duty.

My nephew Christopher is now officially a DESERTER! Boy is he in trouble! Keep him in your thoughts too please.

Pray for Colleen, my lovely wife as she has to be the one that takes care of me, lend her some of your excess strength please!

I say you try anyway with the one hand typing, it may make you feel better. I never tried it myself but I tried other things using only one hand and it always made me feel better.

I understand the fear of going out as well. Did that this summer with the wisdom tooth and then felt foolish afterward because it was pretty cool not feeling a thing and then waking up in, what felt like, seconds later.

I am home and am drugged up to to the max, am typing with one finger on left hand. Will NOT BE typing anymore till I am better, surgery was a success, have 6 nice pictures of surgery, lots of broken bones and ligs and tenements that did not belong there removed. DR. says I should recover full use of arm after healing thank you all for the kind wishes and thoughts and a sopecial thank you for the sacrifice of small animals from she who will remained unnamed.
