I see that Harborne is now a Senator in Freeman's empire.  I'll PM Kryo to recommend banning his empire from the almeta as well.  I'm not sure if he reads the empire threads so closely.

I suggest you check out your empire. One of your senators (Rank 1, name Tsunayoshi Sawada) is Harbornes latest character. It would be wise to kick him out immediately, or you'll get caught in the crossfire as well.

That may be so, but my power doesn't go outside these "walls". If you guys want to pursue that particular matter further, you'd need to file a complaint with his host (for copyright infringement, or whatever).

When you tranfer a character to another empire which was a Senator in the previous empire, the rank still sticks.  Freeman probably didnt promote him.

Freeman. This " I'm so innocent, what's going on, i know nothing" routine of yours is tiresome and from my perspective, bullshit. You know what has happened. Harborne has proven himself to be a cheat and a theif and the talk of legal proceedings has already occured.

You have cheater/theif  in your empire. The same person that was banned for cheating, the same person that was banned for bringing the Mv community into disrepute. the sam person who illegally gained access to private information and distributed it.

You want to keep associating yourself with this person, then you will be tarred with the same brush, IMHO anyways.

Thank you Neilo for the kind harted words of insperation, but i know whet he did he cheated, spammed and hacked in to the TOE website, i know it took some time but i know!! about him cheating i say boo because it puts good players to shame and the cheater to a golden throne, and aobout him spamming that was his dumbass self. i whould say something about hacking in to the TOE site but i would be a hipocrit so i am not going to say anything.

I'm on Nelio's side. Freeman, what Harborne did was wrong, even if he's your friend. I don't understand why Harbone acted like he did.

I tell all who is listining..Harborne with his antics and his current actions in playing around with his characters and new empires, is making a mockery of the Metaverse and the community that stands behind it.

It actually pisses me off that he is allowed to get away with turning the Mv into his own little silly world and use it in whatever silliness he has going on in that thickheaded skull of is.

Edit - Yes you read that right, even when exiled he can still create a new empire.

So. Kryo. Ya read that. Now i don't beleive for 1 second that that PM was sent from anybody but Harborne. So this ban of his is working great. And here he is admitting he has another exploit.

Harborne claims to have bought 4 copies of GC2...ok..Ban his arse from the MV and I will buy 4 more copies to make up for it right now.

This guy does not deserve to be apart of the community in any fashion or form.

honestly i don't care if he stays on the MV. all his points are coming from ZYWs, and in a few months his characters will fall off the map, as will his new empire. however, i would like to see something stronger done to keep him out of the forums, like blocking any account from his IP address(es) and email account(s). if such a thing is possible, it'd be great. i won't exactly lose sleep if it's not, but it would be nice.

I agree that keeping the ban enforced on Harborne from the forums should be upheld. These other accounts he can use makes his punishment void.

At a certain point, I wonder if continuing to acknowledge his existence does more harm than good.  If no matter what he does, no pays any attention whatsoever to it or to him, effectively he does not exist at all.  He's clearly not got much else to do with his life, and bugging kyro for action beyond that he's already taken seems unlikely to substantially alter his ability to make a pest of himself (and also seems likely to make kyro's voluntary involvement in the Metaverse community a lot more tiresome than fun.. btw, thank you kyro for all the work you've done!).  As far as I am concerned, "Harborne" is nothing more than an unpleasant figment of our collective imagination that needs to be forgotten as quickly as possible.
