Which button would you choose?

So, on my 40 minute drive home from work the other day I was thinking & driving (which is dangerous), about this...If I could have a "fob" with only 1 button from any common remote control, which would I choose. Don't get all crazy and start with the whole "space time conthingy" business. This is just for fun. Me, I think I'd like the Pause button for mine. Just to get that extra moment out of some of lifes greatness. Your turn.

common remote buttons hey...hmmm.. well if i had a choice i would like a button to learn all of my remote controlled appliances so that i could control them all with the one remote

I would have to go with the select button. That way I could select What ever I wanted.
I could "play" or "pause" and let life go by. Or select a great day for my self and others. And that is my selection for today. Have a Grand day every one...

I probably spent more time thinking about this than I should have.  LOL  I went through the buttons on my remote and thought about how they could each help me in different situations.

In the end, I wouldn't do a thing with the button.

If my life is wrong, I don't need a settings button, I need to work to fix it.
If my life is too hectic, I need to slow down and enjoy it not slow it down.
I don't need a pause button to give me time to think, I need to react faster.
I don't need to fast forward through the "boring stuff" I need to learn to enjoy them.
I don't need to rewind and get "do-overs"; I need to make good choices and live with them.

It went on.

What a great exercize in reminding me that I am the center of my universe and that I am responsible for how good or bad it is.  Thanks!

A change channel button. I seem to get bored easily.

Or maybe a power button to escape from everything once in a while. (But if I press it, would I be able to press it again to turn everything back on?? Hmmm)

I wouldn't mind a recall or rewind button, sometimes you have to see/hear things a 2nd (or 3rd & 4th time or more) to believe them.

Pause, because sometimes I want to think before I say something I might not have wanted to say, need time to think in my old age....I know I would not say some of the things I say in life if I had more time to think about the answer and not look off into space like I don't have a clue then blurt out something stupid.
