a few questions about the AI

1. Will there be an option in a later beta, that will enable some way for the AI to handle the development on a serten planet/asteroid? Since its gets harder to keep track of it all when you get more and more.

2. The AI to control a fleet, where i tell it a waypoint to do some taskes, and add a new waypoint and tell it to do something else at another planet, and so on.

oh and the AI's intelligence WOW love it

1. Possibly. Planetary automation is actually already implemented. We just aren't sure which elements should be exposed. We don't want the game to play itself too much.

2. This should already be possible. I regularly tell a colony ship to move to a planet, colonize, and then move to another planet as a series of queued orders. Perhaps we could improve it in some ways. Ideas?

Maybe notify the player as each waypoint changes or order switches over to the next one.

Hold down shift. right click planet. click colonize button, select planet, right click next planet.

true cough...moo3... hmm maybe they have to be a serten level, so you still need to do a bit of micro

it is? how? use shift? and is it posible to have a fleet following it for protection?

at the beginning of my game, he was scouting my homeworld. Soon after he returned in full force and skiped one of my outer colonize, and bombarded my homeworld, and ships continued to come in. I was lucky enough to stop the attack, but lost my starting cap ship. Was so surpriced by it and smiled
