Can Beta1 be transfered to another PC?

Oh damnit. It looks like I just got ripped off. This game installs directly from the website. I now have it installed on a crap system. I would not have bought it had I known that you could not transfer the game. Freaking Beta FAQ forum gave the wrong info.

Now I will have to go home, tear my PC out of the wall unit and bring it to town to hook up to high speed somewhere. I also guess I only have a few days to do this or I will no longer be able to download Beta1.

With my luck, I'll go to install it on my Gaming Rig, and Stardock will tell me that I can't download it twice.

you just archive the file within stardock central, and copy it from your backup file within program files. take that file with you and with stardock central on the other comp, you can install it there.

Ah, I see what you are saying. I should have downloaded and archived SoaSE, not installed it. I'll give it a shot, but there is no reason for it not to work. I'll see what this game looks like tonight.

Now that I actually took a few seconds to explore it, Stardock Central seems to be a pretty sweet concept.

You can still archive it after installation. Just select the game in Stardock Central and choose the Archive option. You'll just need to activate the game when you unarchive it using Stardock Central on your other PC, but that should be pretty transparent.
