User Level - customer level

how does this work ?

I'm sure it's been explained many times before , but can we have it again ? - How does one move up i the various levels ? I'm now a Citizen then what and how - and customer levels means ?? and why ? - I been a member since 2002 but only been active since last Nov. Soooooooooo just curious about the different levels and what I have to do to move up - Thanks for any replies .......

If I want to get nominated to the next level ( after Citizen ) can I do it myself or does someone else have to do it for you ? And then what do you do send an e-mail in or post here or what ? I would like to move on to the next level ,if possible . thanks for any input ....

You'll get nominated by a moderator . . give it time.
Asking . .  is probably not the way to get it.

Giving to the community; that's the ticket.

Moderators and site admins keep an eye on the community and we try to find those who have been an overall positive influence on the community and who have contributed to it through, skins, site participation, helping users etc. 

The main thing is to just put in time.  Getting promoted doesn't happen overnight.  Patience and time

If you mean you've just purchased Deskscapes, try logging out of WinCustomize, then delete your browser cookies, then log back into WinCustomize.  Otherwise I believe the time limit is a year from last purchased product.
