Crash Monster

Trial just about up and I can't see myself paying for this software. But I would LOVE to.

Main System Vista Biz
Secondary XP Sp2

MP ALWAYS crashes on boot of the Vista.
I then restart MP and it seems to run just fine.

Then out of the blue, crash. When it crashes this time, it swipes my mouse pointer. Poof, no visual pointer.

I need to go to mouse setting and select any pointer and it reapears.

I will provide what info I can to assist.

While I don't know what's causing your problems I run Multiplicity Pro on a Vista machine with two monitors and an xp machine with one monitor. The Vista machine is the main machine and Multiplicity has never caused a crash on my system. BTW I'm running Vista Business Edition.

I run Vista Ultimate on my main and xp/Vista HP on my secondary. It doesn't crash on boot for me, but I have had multiple random crashes on the main system that steal my mouse cursor.

Varied:

It always crashed during boot on the host(Vista Biz). During the trial, MP would popup the splash. If you clicked any of the three options. Thunk! When MP crashed this way, it would not swipe the mouse pointer.

When moving the mouse to the other machine (XP SP2 in this case), it MP would, sometimes – not every time, crash on the host (Vista). A crash in this manner would remove the mouse pointer.

Just randomly. Working along in anything (excel, etc.) Poof! Crashes like this would not always take the pointer, but would occasionally.
