Great game. Many of my findings are already found (and reported). But I've noticed a few occurrences that might qualify as bugs:
* When a race offers to "make peace" - their ships are not shown (mine are) - frustrating as I often make war simply to capture resources which have starbases mining them. The ability to offer ships in such a peace deal, but not receive them seems buggy.
* An odd one. In my first game (tiny, rare) there were no uncolonized inhabitable planets left (nothing above a 10 if I recall), but a new minor race event occurred - result was a new "stealth" star (and presumably a planet) which I could neither see nor click. Really confused me for a while. My terrorstar however did destroy it after I traced the trade ship back to a "blank" square. Wish I had kept the saves.
* Arrow keys don't list thru planets in planet view (and arrow buttons are kind of picky). Please?
* After winning via tech path, loaded autosave (-4 turns) without quitting galciv to try for conquest victory and the victory condition for tech was at 114% but final techs were not researched.
* on planet detail screen, planet quality has no value after it. I think it should show planet class, and it would be nice if it showed base and improved class.
* noticed AI sending (many) constructors to repeatedly move back and forth between two existing starbase location. My guess was that both were maxed out - but I didn't think of this until later.
* Not a bug as per se, but when clicking on a square with both a star base and ship(s) selects the star base (as it's almost always first in the stack) - perhaps it could always select the last (or first excluding starbases).
* AIs keep beating me, even when I turn off my computer.
Sorry about not saving savegame files for the weirder ones. It didn't occur to me until after. I guess I'm just not used to a developer *supporting* their games – but I’m certainly delighted to find one. Keep up the great work!
