Multiplicity in Trading environments?

Does anyone know if Multiplicity is being used on trading floors? We have deployed the software for a few traders and have since received complaints about their trading applications "freezing." The applications sporadically take take 10-20 seconds to respond to mouse clicks.

What version of Multiplicity are you using (it should say in the Advanced tab).

Are you on a wireless or wired network and when the apps stop responding, can you still move the mouse around on the secondary, or does it freeze up until the app responds?

Also which OS are the machines running and how many secondaries are configured per primary?

Finally, what mice do you have on the primary. Are they Microsoft mice with tilt wheel functionality?
