About seven months ago my daughter Miriam burned her face pretty badly. I was taking a picture of her recently and really saw how much better she was.

Everyone here was super-supportive. I wanted to take a second to thank you all again. I'm not much of a skinner but this place is a community that welcomes all kinds of people.

You all are pretty special, thanks.

Its always tragic when something happens to a child but its really nice to hear when that child recovers. I hope that she suffers no lasting scars physicially or mentally.

It's truly wonderful how well kids can bounce back from something as nasty as this was. She's looking like a bundle of joy in that photo.
