I'm not really new here, but everything I submit gets chucked in the trash.

But, one day i was navigating through the web and found this nifty toolbar maker that everyone was using on another forum I go on, so I thought, hey, lets make one for WinCustomize! Its nothing official, but it would be cool if any mods of the site could put a banner for it somewhere.

Personally I can't stand extra toolbars. But a neat idea for those who might like one.
