window blinds do not change start menu!

Hi everyone,
I am using window blinds 4.3. I just recently formatted my computer. After reinstalling windows xp and window blinds .. i downloaded some new skins and applied. However, my start menu bar(taskbar, quicklaunch bar) is not changing

I went to properties > appearance.It doesn't show any window blinds skin nor does it shows window blinds options. Can anyone please tell me what to do.

all most all skins now are made for WB 5 if you are using 4.3 WB that would be your problem as 4.3 WB's is basically obsolete now.Your best is to upgrade to window blinds 5.With WB 5 you need at least a medium grade vidieo card to use all of it's features.Hope that helps
