I just read this in the bottom info-pane of SDC while downloading WB...

WindowBlinds is the first utility of its kind. It extends Windows XP to have a fully skinnable user including the taskbar and explorer shellstyles.

There's nothing I like better than flaying my users while they're still breathing...
